1. Eligibility

• Agent Alchemy, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last twelve (12) months, or $50 USD, whichever is less.
• We are not liable for acts of God, acts of government, acts of random chaos, or acts of alien invasion. If extraterrestrials land and disrupt our servers, you agree we are blameless (but also, please send pics).

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agent Alchemy, its representatives, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of any third parties. You use them at your own risk.

7. Webinar Access

Registered participants will receive access credentials prior to the webinar. Access is non-transferable and for individual use only. Recording or redistribution of webinar content is prohibited without express written permission.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
